On-Line Membership Dues, Payments & Contributions

Online dues and other payments is an optional service and is provided by Local 56 as a convenience to its members. A 3% online processing fee will be added to the total amount, which is deducted by PayPal before payment is forwarded to Local 56. Payment can be made by credit card or electronic check. Any information received by Local 56 for payment of dues is used only for purposes of recording such payments and is not shared with other parties.

	Inactive Life Annual Dues $78.00 Life Members must be at least 65 years of age and have been a member of Local 56 for at least 35 years. Inactive Life Members voluntarily accept the following restrictions to membership: they may not perform musically on competitive engagements, run for Local office, nor vote in Local elections. Contributions

GRFM Scholarship Fund - Contributions are applied toward scholarships for deserving young musicians who undertake summer music study. Tax deductible under IRS rules. Make payable to "GRFM Scholarship Fund".

AFM-LAF - AFM Legislative Action Fund, a voluntary political action club. Contributions are used to help promote legislators who are sympathetic to issues that affect professional musicians. Make payable to "AFM Legislative Action Fund".
